Prize Draw Rules for 3ple-Media Survey ‘Flight Tickets / Slingbox’ Competition
December 2007

Participation
1.1. Entry in this competition implies acceptance of the following rules.
1.2. This competition is open to all residents of all countries aged 18 years and over except employees of 3ple-Media, other retailers participating in this promotion, agencies and persons connected in any way with the organisation & promotion of this competition.
1.3. Entries for the grand prize draw must be received by Friday 1st February 2008. No entries will be accepted after this time. Only entries received in time for the December 31st and January 18th Draws will be eligible for the other allocated prizes. All valid entries are eligible for the grand prize except those entries that have already been allocated another prize.

Entries
2.1. Entries are limited to one entry per person and once a prize has been won, the entry in question will be removed from the prize-draw.
2.2. Illegible or incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
2.3. 3ple-Media does not accept responsibility for non-receipt or loss of entries.
2.4. All entries become the absolute property of 3ple-Media.
2.5. Entrants agree that their name and entry is published by 3ple-Media on www.3ple-media.com
2.6. No purchase necessary.
2.8 Entries can be submitted via the link on 3ple-Media.com, via a link in any direct communication from 3ple-Media or 3ple-Media employees or representatives or other participating web sites.
2.9 A request for a survey link can be sent to greer.hahn@3ple-media.com with the word ‘Survey Request’ in the subject line.

The Draws
3.1. No correspondence will be entered into, apart from point 3.2. below.
3.2. Prize winners will be notified by 3ple-Media by e-mail within 2 weeks of winning the prize to confirm. Names available upon request.
3.3. 3ple-Media reserves the right to amend these prize draw rules at any time, without prior notification.
3.4. The winners will be drawn at random.

Prizes
4.1. The grand prize (2 flight tickets to anywhere in the world) is valued at approximately 2,000 Euro. Vouchers for this amount from a participating online travel site will be sent to the winner for them to redeem and make arrangements for use. Other prizes (2 Slingbox™ AV's) are valued at approximately 90 Euro each. 3ple-Media will purchase the Slingbox for each winner online at www.slingmedia.com and arrange for them to be sent following receipt of the winner's address details. No cash alternatives will be offered in whole or in part for any prizes offered.
4.2. 3ple-Media reserves the right to change the prize to a prize of equal value, should circumstances require this.
4.3. Travel prize is subject to terms and conditions of the participating online travel booking site.

General
5.1. Personal details will not be passed onto third parties or other organizations without prior permission of the entrants, with the exception of cases where this is essential for the progress of the competition entered into.
